People-Centred focus to incorporate different societal perspectives (ethnic, gender, politics, age, race, class, culture /tradition, justice, religion, security, etc)

Effectively communicate and disseminate warnings in clear and simple terms

Respect inclusivity to identify and acknowledge individual needs and accommodate divergent views, fresh perspectives and ideas to aid success

Emphasise on high quality and productivity to ensure that products of the Centre meets and/or exceeds set standards
